I am working on a Rowe ami TI-1.
It has an intermittent problem in that records will select and play as normal but at random after some many records (no pattern to it)the jukebox will select' push out pin but the record basket won't move.
I can see the scan solenoid pushed against the microswitch but it should have energised after selection away from microswitch to enable basket to m

Thought it was an amplifier problem but mute relay was reading zero ohms. That wasn't the end if the problem. Volume was cutting in and out. Thought then it was cartridge but the real problem was the tone arm cable, even though it looked OK there must have been a problem with it. When I changed the tone arm wire everything was fine. Hope this helps someone in the future

Sorry only getting back to this. Its a SL600. However I got it selecting the K7 switch lever needed to be adjusted. Now have to get sound. The fusetron lamps are not overloading and main fuses are fine. Have to investigate cartridge,cables and mute relay.
In fact it's one of the rare times that I haven't had the amp overloading

Hello
This jukebox will accept credits and display song number when it has been keyed in but the record basket and mechanism do not start. Fuses are all ok.
The basket will move when I manually press the lever. The LEDS on SCC will light as they should
I can also trip the mechanism into operation at the cam so mechanically its ok.
Overall the SCC is not communicating with the mechanism so if

While this isn't strictly a jukebox it's related. It's a Wurlitzer C115 background music player which plays cassettes, 10 in total which when working goes from one cassette to another and changes when end of tape is reached. The unit has two cassette players in it with pinch rollers and belts replaced a few years ago. The cassette when loaded rejects after a few seconds. When y

Hi
Does anyone know why this machine has stopped playing a record. It selects fine but after record is placed and tone arm moves to start of record it then stops. When I press reject button the turntable moves and record plays if I let go of reject button it stops.

Hi
Has anyone come across common faults with this wallbox. The power supply board in the wallbox is not turning on. I have 25volts ac going into wallbox but not getting any voltages at the transformer. The fuse in the wallbox are all good. There are 4 fuses on the power supply. Once this isn't working the keyboard or credit unit won't work. Hideaway is fine with control board working.

I am having a problem with getting this jukebox (Rockola 432) to return record to the record magazine which I think has something to do with the recerse relay. When the record finishes the record is picked up by the gripper arm returned to the magazine, at this satge it stops, the arm doesn't retract fully and the magazine doesn't home. Would anybody know where to get a suitable replacement plastic pulley/belt for the seeburg dec wallbox. It is part of the title holder unit on the wallbox and the title holders are attached via 3 plastic belts. One of the belts on mine has broken and therefore can't turn half of the title holders

I have got the title holders moving again. The light barriers underneath the rollers were faulty. It is nearly fully working except a title holder at the back of the unit will get stuck when moving it in an antixlockwise direction. Strangely it will not get stuck when moving in a clockwise direction. This is seen with only just one title holder in the unit. The title holder is not broken and

Looking for help with a title holder assembly for an emerald ice nsm CD jukebox. The drives front and back won't move the title holders. I did think it was a blockage took them all out no blockages worm gears are ok. Changed board for motors still the same. It's es1 technology. The word in German is Mikroschalter.
I have solved the problem anyway it was a faulty Mikroschalter on the carriage which is lined to reed switch and mute relay

My machines mute relay does not work correctly. The signal to the speakers is still open at standby. The mute relay contacts close and open like they should when a record is played. Even at standby if I manually operate the B.S. Microsoft the mute relay contacts operate.
The only clue I have is that the sound cuts off for about a second or two at the end of the record presumably when reed sw

It will always play big holed records ok but it struggles with 50% of small holed records. The mechanism seems to struggle to turn some small holed records. This wasn't an issue before

I don't see the plate you are saying but I will upload a photo of the pin wheel. I cleaned contacts today.
Just to note this machine had been modified by previous owner, so to select the keys are held in manually until selection is made. So after cleaning contacts and making a selection sometimes it will select other times the number had to be pressed again so sprang relay operates and

The pinpusher I would say is aligned ok as it stops over the correct pin. The pins are loose and have been in regular usr. I am thinking the coil gets too little power from sprang relay contact. Is it the pulse that goes through that contact and possibly too weak of a pulse

I have tried another amp but can get no sound. Cartridge is fine i hooked up with an external amp and it was fine. I changed the volume contro but no difference. Could it be the 4700uf capacitor where the amp and speakers plug into. Its an unusual cap that is screwed into the housing

I have a problem with the amp with this jukebox with no sound. I checked cartridge and leads using an external amp and they are fine. I purchased a working spare amp. When i switch on there is a low to medium sounding hum which goes when a record is selected. No sound from the spare amp either. The hum comes back at the end of the record. Thanks for all the help. The carriage is now moving. I think a cable was loose although i cant be fulky sure until i test it further possibly the orange cable was grounding on the amp.
Can anyone tell me is there a difference between the 50m amp and 52m amp. My machine has the 52m amp
