NSM HIT 120B

Hi
Have the following problem with the NSM hit120B
It will always play big holed records ok but it struggles with 50% of small holed records. The mechanism seems to struggle to turn some small holed records. This wasn't an issue before
2. It regularly stalls and fails to pick a record and move onto to the next one in line. It Just rests there and doesn't return to start position even though there are records queued.
Has anyone advice on this
