Hi
I have this jukebox and it has a selection problem. Firstly i have cleaned the keyboard, plug connections, write in and stop relay, wobble plate slip rings and verified that all fuses are ok. I can only make selections begining woth 1 and ending with zero(100, 110, 120,130, 140,150,160,170,180 and 190). Thoses selections will operate the write in process and read out process. Any other sele

Hi
Yes the z and k led's are operating correctly and pulse timing seems ok, i think maybe the latch may be the cause of it, i oiled it and bent the end of it very slighty, so far i have checked the machine about 6 times choosing 7 records and they all select ok, will be more confident about after another series of tests,

Hi
Yes the selection unit is jumpered to the correct number of selections, the whole thing is random, sometimes it will select a number of records correctly, other times it will stop at a record slot after the intended selection , on occasions it will stop 3 to 5 record slots after the intended selections, so in summary after every few records selections it is stopping at one record slot after

@charly49, the cartridge is not visibly damaged, i i have tried a new tone arm cable bypassing the carriage pcb, but i get the same very loud hum using the existing shure cartridge
@empress200 the sound is missing from both channels, where are the cartridges available from or can an existing one be repaired
In summary, the loud hum with barely audible music is present when the shure cartridge

Hi
Looking for help with this jukebox. The machine was working perfectly up to a number of weeks ago and then one day a loud hum was evident, and the music is barely audible. The loudness of the hum increases when the volume on the control is raised. No hum is evident when the tone arm plug is removed or when the remote/volume control plug is removed. All fuses are ok and all led's are ligh

Hi
I have a selection problem with this machine, the selection of records works partially for example A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A0 and A3 will all select properly, but A1,A2 and A4 will result every time in the selection lever for A0 being moved into the play position. This happens also when you go down through the various letter and number combinations, anyone any ideas

Hi
I have checked connections and cleaned relays but no luck yet. In the rockola 434 the audio control relay(brown/white cable) is routed as follows, from terminal on wallbox to terminal on the jukebox, from there it enters the power supply (low voltage connection) and from there to the play control relay(normally open), it is then routed to the credit control/write in unit and from there to the

Hi
My relay energises when a selection is made but as soon as the selection is found it de-energises, just to understand correctly, the audio control relay cable is routed from the terminal on the wallbox to the terminal on the jukebox, from there it is bundled with the cable harness that is connected to the low voltage port of the power supply. I see from the diagram of the play control relay i

Hi
I have two 507 wall boxes, and audio doesn't work on them, although it did initially when they were set up, the relays in the wall box are all working as they should, all connections are fine, this is driving me crazy, is it likely to be a fault with the amplifier in the jukebos itself(machine is a rockola 434 and stepper is 1765). Speakers have been tested and are all fine, i'm not
