Let me get this right :
The LED Bulbs work in the RO 1428 ( Which should also have a 230 to 110 transformer )
They dont work in the Mills with the new transformer.
To rule out the transformer in the Mills you could switch the transformers.
Dont know the electrical layout of a Mills , but if the on/off switch is before the transformer you easily put the bulbs on 230V.
And even if this is n

The chance of ever finding parts for this juke is like finding a needle in a haystack.
Therefor I have to make some parts myself .
missing tip of the pointer : its red non transparant perspex , 99 % sure I can make one
ID tag on the side : need a high resolution picture to create a waterslide decal
Instruction plate on the left frontside ( came to the conclusion its gold anodized alumi

Know the topic regarding the interior decoration.
Mine is completely red , spraypainted for there is also residue on the inner side
serial nr : 1932
amp : sure no problem .
but the amp doesnt look like the one in the Stamann archive .
more like the amp I saw on a Swiss website.
with the limited info about type of box one can never be sure but I am 99% sure its an original amp.
havent got

Finally managed to buy an Eltec F60.
Lot of things missing but the the essential parts are present.
Missing : left side instruction plate , the Eltec F60 emblem , all the record retainers , title card holders .
In bad condition : the front glass mirror ( only the mirror )
The red pointer / dial broken in pieces , found a few parts , only the tip is missing.
Interior decoration is missing , o

Original titleboards Tonmaster : see picture
The other one I bought came with 1 unknown which doesnt fit and 2 which are the same as the originals.
But not only do they have the wrong type of numbering , they also have the same numbering mirrored.
Q : from what type of juke do the originate ?

A somewhat better picture to show what I mean.
As far as I know a cartridge , whatever type , creates its own voltage by movement of the element through the movement of the needle on the record.
Whats the use of connecting one pin to the tone arm as well as to the Amp ?

In my spare time working on the mechanism , close to finishing it.
I noticed yours is connected to the second hole of the tone arm
I quess this corresponds with needle position of the original cartridge ? ( mine was set on the first before I took it apart )

Working on my second Tonmaster for the last 2 months.
Came with a ceramic cartridge which according to what I found on this forum is the only right one, see picture.
As for the rest : this juke was a F#%* mess
My first one is completely original , with the crystal cartridge
But ofcourse the crystal element was deteriorated , see picture
Had it restored by a company in Germany ( €49.10 ex

Record drum/carousel : no
Selector drum/carousel : yes ( thats the second contact)
Sequence : you press the selector pushbutton , this activates the relay on the right side of the motor which activated the motor, if you release the pushbutton the motor would stop in the middle of the movement which you dont want and that where the second contact takes over for it closes shortly after the sel

Loosening the screws leaves you room for adjustment
ps , switch off the juke otherwise the amount of time you have to work on it depends on the amount of spare fuses you have LOL

RO 1448 situation ( basisally the same as 1454 ) : on the pushbutton side of the selection drum is a cam with a single set of contact blades.
The function is to prevent making a selection while rotating the drum .
When there is not enough clearance between the contact blades or when the drum slips through you wont be able to make a selection .

Power off , open controlbox , check status of relays , power on , check status : no change ( others correct me if I am wrong ) ,
make selection , relays attract , after record is played they should return to their resting position .
if not : follow the wire that has still a current ( ps renewed the caps ?)
if they are : check the contacts

Question
When you power up the jukebox does it immediatly start with scanning ( with all the pins in resting position ).
Or does the continious scanning only appears after you made the first selection
If the latter is the case : check with an open control box what is happening when you power up , make selection etc etc

Remove the box , open it , leave plugs attached and press the load switch , you can see which coil is activated
edit , just came to my mind : check if the load switch cuts off properly when in resting position

Perhaps the following is a better explanation :
The lever only activates a coil in the controlbox
One of the contacts on the coil make its possible to pass a 28v current to the motor
When the coil doesnt release or the contact doesnt have enough play there will be a constant current to the motor

Long story short : bought a 2500 , took it apart , cleaned , back together again and after some adjustments flawless.
Only : same problem with the amp ( 542) , B channel fails.
My knowledge regarding amps : less than basic ( for restoring always let others do this )
But I can measure caps , resistors etc
take a look at the included picture : these resistors need to be 100 K ohm
for the A c

Excessive gripper play can be caused by 2 problems that occur the same time
Wear between the inner gripper and the gripper arm
If you would take it apart you can see some wear on the housing the square pin of the inner gripper runs through , same goes for the square pin itself
This cant be changed
The second is the wear between the gripper housing and the gripper spider
This can be cha
