Problem cdm3 the reader does not stop turning when you turn on the machine

hello solved the keyboard problem now i have this problem.
When I turn on the machine, the CDM3 player does not stop turning, I make a selection and when it picks up the CD it does not stop turning the reader and it does not sound. The LCD flashes and after 20 seconds deposits the CD in the car. When it has been on for 10 minutes, stop turning the CDM3 and re-read the CDs well and it works perfectly. slguns idea ???
