Rockola 488 Profit setter

The record display and credit display are blank on this machine hence selections cant be made, fuses all ok, checked connections nothing suspect found, rechecked 9.6 volts with pink wire and ground, I swapped over the logic board with a known working logic board and still the same problem. So it has to be the profit setter, has anyone had any success repairing these type of boards, the 9.6 volt led light is lit on the profit setter but there must be some sort of fault with them. I heard of someone in Holland who may repair them but I have lost his details

Has anyone tried taking the ic from the hit tracker and replacing it with the one on the profit setter

You can take the display driver from the hit tracker board.

I changed the displaydriver ic from the hit tracker to the profit setter but no change with no display on the profit setter, some of the logic board and profit setter ic's seem to be difficult to source. Which IC on the profit setter is likely to cause the problem with no display on my profit setter.
