Wurlitzer p 38 amp no bass

Hi all,

After trying to repair the amplifier of a Deutsche Wurlitzer Lyric M
('64). I found that I have no bass . It uses 4 ECL 86's.
When I turn the volume up the music increases but has an other
sound, rather thin. There's almost no bass. Unfortunately I haven't
heard it before so I was wondering what I've done wrong. All bad caps
and resisors are replaced. Anyone familiar with these?

I removed the balance pot
now i have a good bass
