Rockola Tempo II 1478 accumulator

Hello all,
I was working on the selector of my Tempo II, checking pin bank. I seems to have locked up
in that It will not register credits either by the free play button or by the coin switch. What do i need to look
for? I have the service manual for reference, it seems to have stopped scanning as well.

Did you check the fuses??
