United Gripper

Hello everybody

I'm working on a United jukebox
Problem is that the AC transfer motors are turning the wrong way
What could be the problem?

If I remember correctly, AC gear motors are used, similar to those used in pinballs. They can not run in the wrong direction. I would imagine that the motors are interchanged. If the motors were disassembled, they could also have been reassembled incorrectly.

The motors are orginal
Both gripper motors are turing the wrong direction
Is there a way to change the direction ?

You did not write, if it worked before, or if you got the jukebox in this state. Also, did you not write if you had disassembled the mechanism.

I think one motor should rotate clockwise, the other counterclockwise. It is not possible that the direction of rotation of these motors is changed, without disassembling it. In no case, the direction of rotation can change due to a defect. The only possibility is that either the motors or the whole units (I do not know if this is possible because of the connectors and mounting screws) have been swapped.

Yes!!!

I saw that they changed the camshaft of the grippermotors(left to right)
I changed it and it working fine

I was wrong
The break doesn't work,stupid of me
I changed the camshafts again
and switched the motors left to right
Now it's working fine

I forgot to say that the jukebox wasn't working at all
