Wurlitzer 1015 Mechanism Questions

Hello,
I am in the process of putting a mechanism back together and had a few questions. ( I installed bronze bushings in the front and rear castings)
I forgot to note which way the selector crank part # 40391 goes on the shaft. Does the "tab" that does the resetting go inline in relation with the "bottom" pointed end, or the "top" flat part, of the heart shaped cam ? (The manual isn't clear in that regard).
Also, I know the turntable shaft bushings (2) that go into the turntable bearing housing are available. But I wanted to get them from a local supplier (to save shipping), but he couldn't guarantee the height of the stepped end. Does anyone have a modern part number from whatever manufacturer that has them available ?

Here a picture from the W 1100 manual, where you can see the position of the selector shaft parts.
To your second question : I don`t know any "modern" part, which you can use for the TT shaft bushings.
