ein Kunde von uns in England hat eine alte Seeburg Audiophone von 1931 und sucht Informationen.
Kann jemand helfen?
In der Anlage Bilder von dieser alten Musikbox - mit einem tollen Mechanismus für acht 78er Platten.

Ich denke Jens aus Lüneburg hat auch so ein Gerät.
In einer meiner Holztransportkisten aus den USA war im letzten Jahr eine Glasscheibe für Jens, die oben in den Aufsatz jener Seeburg gehört.
Er war sehr froh diese Scheibe gefunden zu haben.

thanks for the details you gave.

The info is needed by a customer of ours who just bought this machine in England. I forwarded your answers and links to him. Actually he hoped to find schematics, pictures, descriptions etc.

Axel, Jens in Lüneburg must have the older model with the pneumatic ferris wheel system.

The Audiophone F which is shown in the picture is already mechanical with a two-layer-TT. This mech was developed in 1930 by Arvid Dahlstrom and first used on the Audiophone E in 1930. These information I found on Gert Almind's website at [www.juke-box.dk]. Unfortunately the Seeburg History book gives no info on this. But the Jukebox-Guide book shows this machine as a Seeburg Audiophone F from 1931.
