Rowe Ami MM 1 Problem

Hi ive a Rowe MM1 music merchant, and i ve have a problem and i dont know how to resolve it.
When i turn on the jukebok the plate begin spin and no stop, i make a select and never hook a record. what can i do??

You must give some further information. Was the jukebox working properly, when the trouble occured? Is the gripper in home position (over the record magazine) or in playing position (over the turntable)? Is the service switch in "ON" - position? What happens, if you switch it in "SCAN" - position?
