Wurlitzer Identification

Can anyone help me identify the following Wurlitzer juke box...any help welcome.

The keyboard looks like it is from a Wurlitzer 2200 or 2250. The cabinet may be a conversion cabinet that has been modified later with the big "Wurlitzer" sign on the front and the "Music-Music-Music" instead of a display for 3 record covers.
