NSM Hit 120 Year 1971

I have just got a HSM Jukebox model Hit 120 from 1971.
I have cleaned the jukebox, and all the mechanical have got a little oil.
My Problem is, when I make a selection on the bottoms, the carriage goes from the right to the left, and back again and stop.
The Carriage can not find the selection i make.
I have cleaned the contacts on the back of the carriage, and also the many small contacts on the back of the rack.
On the printboard LP1 I have a small relay. If I activata the relay by hand when the carriage goes from the right, it stop, and make a selection as normal. When finish it goes back to the startposition.
It Seems that the signal to the small relay on Pirntboard newer get activatet when when the carriage goes itself.
Do someone have a idea what to look for ?

I have now looked a little more on the jukebox. I Have cheked the coil on the relay on printboard LP1, and it is OK.
I have also checked the cabel 2wire that goes from the contactplate in the back of the rack to the print PL1, and wire is OK.
I Wonder a little, because if I measure on each contact on the contactplate, it goes to the ground. Is this right ?.
I hope someone can help me what to look for, because I can not find out how the selection system is working.

Thank you for helping.
After a long time and a lot of measuring I found the fault. It was a defect component like photo, on printboard LP2. I do not know the function of the component, maybee capasitor or !!!!
I just make a bridge instead, and then the search relay get active, and stop the carriage in the right place.

It is a coil ( Inductivitie ) with 130 mycrohenry.

It works only with a bridge instead, but I will look for a new coil.

The jukebox is now running.
When I select a record, the sound in the beginning is no good, but after 30, sec. the sound is like normal.
The amplifire is type NSN 35M ( Mono anpilfire )
I Have cleaned all thr potis, and also cleaned the relay on thr printboard.
Can someone help what to look for to get the sound OK.

On the printboard I have 2 resistors that have been a little hot. On the backside of the printboard the weldings is OK,
I can not see the value of the resistors.
Can the resistors bee the problem about the soundproblems ?
Do someone know the value of the resistors ?

I look in the Schematic and I found the Value of the Resistors 0,47 Ohms both.

To be shure the numbers of the resistors is R65 and R66.
I do not know if they are broken, but I will try to change them.
Do you know if it can have the influence of the bad sound ?
It seems that somthing have to be loaded before the sound is OK. Like a capasitor.
Have someone got the same problem about the sound ? and what the problem can be.

I have now changed the 2 resistors R65 + R66 0,47Ohm
I also changed one capasitor C34.
Still I have the bad sound in the first 15 - 30 sec of playing a record.
I then tryed to solder all the points on the back of the printboard to bee safe of all the connections., but still the same problem.
Do anyone have a idea what else I can try to do ?

Change all the Trim Potis on the Printboard. This makes always Problems.

I have not new potis, but now I have cleaned the old one, one more time, and now it is playing as normal, so you are right, the potis was the problem.
I an very glad about your help, it is nice that someone have so much experience, and want to help.
