Princess 1493 and tonearm

Hi again,

A small problem but an annoying one.

Sometimes the tonearm does not go far enough on to the start of the record and misses the groove causing it to stick. Is there a way to move the tone arm over a bit. I assume you just undo the bolt at the rear of the arm and move it over a little.
