NSM performer grand

Hi
i have a nearly working performer grand, however on the left side between numbers 1 and 50 some of the trays are not taken out by the gripper and hence you get an error 71, always the same trays, six in total, all of the other trays will select no problem, anyone any ideas,

I think the trays are probably damaged and need to be renewed. You can order it here in the shop [ssl.kundenserver.de]
