NSM serenade stereo magic

Hi Everyone at last i have my machine working one problem the a - sides sound louder than the b - sides anyone any ideas many thanks Andrew .

Hi, does this machine work with a two-needle-cartridge (one needle for A-sides, one other for B-sides)?

Are both needles of the same type and in good condition? I would at first try to change the needles "A to B" and "B to A" to see, if the problem "moves"...

If not: does the cartridge have one connection to the (pre?)amplifier for each side, or is there a common connection for both sides? In first case, maybe the input level for A´s and B´s is (for what reason ever) different and has to be adjusted anywhere, if possible...

Or maybe the cartridge itself is causing the problem... (just some guesses from someone who is really no expert in NSM technology) ;o))
