Hello,
With Christmas coming soon, I hope to play some good tunes on my jukebox.
I think it's time to replace 2 of the 4 ECL 86 Rörhe.
Has anyone advise where to buy them? Is a PCL 86 Rörhe the same?
Is it save to let the jukebox play when only 2 Rörhe are installed?
I also have a general jukebox question.
I'm not great in electronics but I managed to remove the amplif

Hello Swen and Pit,
Thank you very much to the both of you. After long reading yesterday in the service manual I found out that the power supply station = valve-amplifier.
Then I saw in the manual that on the right (upperside) there is a "fuse holder". I unscrewed the holder and replaced the fuse but that didn't solve the problem (the original fuse didn't show the wire

Hello Swen en Pit,
Thank you for your help. In my service manual the safety switch is mentioned when you "turn" the record plate towards one side. When I do that I can clearly hear the typical "click" when I "turn" the record plate back in place. I think that the safety switch there is working normally. But I can't see the switch because the record belt is pl

Hello,
I did the following: with my finger I pushed one "latch pin" up. Nothing happened.
Must the turntable motor start automatically when a "latch pin" is pushed up? Or do I have to do something else to test the TT motor?
Kind regards and again thank you.

Thank you for your help.
I have a service manual but I can't find what the TT motor is. Also can you help me and tell me how you can make a selection by hand?
I guess this is a sort of test run?
Already thank you.

Hello,
My jukebox Wurlitzer Lyric M 1964 fell "death".
The electricity of the lights and the amplifier are working normally (the lightbulbs of the amplifier light up). The amplifier is "humming" like always.
The problem is that there is no reaction when pushing the selection buttons A and B. Also the typical sound when pushing the buttons is gone.
The selection me

Hello,
My jukebox (Wurlitzer Lyric M 1964) has the following problem: when a record is selected, it is clamped but the rubber pad of the turntable is sticking out on one side.
As a consequence the record is not clamped entirely "flat" against the turntable (this is: compared to the steel shaft of the turntable) (but the record is indeed clamped by the three pins). The result is t

Hello Charly,
I think I discovered the problem. I was running the jukebox with just 8 records in it.
Once the carrousel (the record holder assembly) was completely filled, the records were clamped correctly/automatically.
A real beginner mistake I guess.
The jukebox was now running for a couple of days but now I have a new problem.
The rubber ring on top of the record clamp shaft c

Hello Charly,
Thanks again. With the movable ramp I believe you mean the "Begrenzungszunge".
When loading the record before the turntable I used my hands (as a liftarm on the leftside and as the removable ramp on the right side) to bring the record a little higher and ... it worked.
When I do this, the three clips are clamping the record against the turntable. The clips are thro

Hello Charly,
First of all, thanks for the reply. It's great to know that helpful people are still around in this world.
I read your advise with great interest.
I checked the tree clips. They are popping out of the cone without any problem. The problem seems to be that the record that is brought before the cone is pushed away by the cone just before the moment that the tree clips ex

Hello,
My name is Philip and I'm living in Belgium. My German is not got enough to write it, but I can read and understand it. Please feel free to answer in german (or english or dutch maybe?).
Several years ago I bought a Wurlitzer Lyric M 1964. The jukebox worked correctly back then.
For a few years I had the jukebox stored away. Now I want to use it again in my living room.
