Arm problem Continental 2

Hello, I have an Ami Continental 2 1962. I've encountered a problem. When the record ends, it won't turn off. When I press the button on the back to pick up the record, it doesn't work either. However, it's worth noting that when I press the button, I hear a faint clicking sound. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
