Wurlitzer 3600 Tonearm issue

Hello all, I am hoping someone here can help me with the issue I am having with this Wurlitzer 3600 Jukebox. I dont know a lot about Jukebox but I work on a lot of other stuff. The issue I am having is when the tone arm comes down it is in the right location but when it sets down on the record it is like it skips over like a 1/4 inch and starts into the record. I have a new needle/stylus so that is not the issue. If I manually lift the tonearm and set it back on the lead in of the record it does just like it should. I am hoping someone will know what is causing this issue. It does it on every record. Everything is oiled and moves freely.
On the third video I have it stopped with the service switch and you can see it is where it should be. Then when I turn the service switch back on it goes down and then jumps over. If you would please watch these videos and let me know if you could help pinpoint the problem. Thanks

I figured it out. It was the tone arm release screw was adjusted out to far. It is working great on all records now. Just thought I would post the solution hoping it might help someone else later on.
