NSM Prestige 120C Slip Clutch .

I have a problem with steady & full travel of the Carriage, back & forth along the Magazine.
With the help of Stamann Musicboxen I have identified that the Slip Clutch sub-assembly probably needs replacing, and I will order the main component from them.
(I have details of how to dismantle and rebuild the Slip clutch sub-assembly.)

I need to know how to partially dismantle the Carriage assembly, so that I can get the old Slip clutch out, - and then how to install the new Slip clutch, and reassemble the Carriage ?

Hallo Dennis,

Ich würde die Nockenwelle ausbauen, dann muss man nichts mehr losschleifen und kann auch das Zahnrad und die Kunststoffnocke prüfen.
Dieser nocke ist oft eingerissen.
Entfernen Sie außerdem die Plattenverriegelung (den Arm mit der Scheibe) und die Magnetkupplung
Sie können dann auch die Rutschkupplung problemlos erreichen.
