I wonder if it would be possible to adjust the $-coin to other coins like eg. 5F belgian coins from the eighties.

Depends on the type of coinacceptor (coinproof) you have.

First:do you have a mechanical (NRI G07 is very common in jukeboxes) or electronic coinracceptor (often Mars).
Can you post the type here?

I have an address in the Netherlands who is able to program electronic coinaccepors.

There are people able to convert mechanical coinacceptors to other type of coins.
