NSM Prestige 120Bb

Hi

I have an NSM Jukebox 120Bb here in New Zealand. I have a problem in that you select the song you want, the carriage clicks its way along to the correct place and then returns, without stopping or picking up the record. I have it at a local electronics expert who has cleaned all contacts, checked capacitors, all voltages are correct - although the manual we have is not for the exact model, but one similar..

They have spent hours with no results and are wondering if it is a faulty control unit or a break in one or more of the wires..

I am desperate for any information available to try, as don't want to scrap it.

Does anyone have a manuals, a spare control unit or knowledge and suggestions all greatfully received and happy to pay..
