SL600 stuck shut

Hi I have a Wurlizter SL600 that we cannot open. It is my friends jukebox and he thinks the lock may have been twisted. The key is stuck in it and turned about 30 degrees clockwise from the "insert" position. The key will turn about 30 degrees clockwise and will spring back. it will not turn anticlockwise. When you turn the key clockwise it seems to move some levers in the door panel but it does not open.

I have attached a picture of the lock. Does anyone know if the the lock looks out of position. Which way do you turn the key to open this Jukebox.

At the moment there is no way we can open the Jukebox. Is there any other way to get into the Jukebox. The glass is also out but I cant get past the title holders.
