In case of helping to someone!!!!

There are many reasons for carrousel not stop when making a selection...

--- a/b snap switch, relay... etc

In my case I found the solution by getting info in several pages and studying the JB

One common reason for that, are the contacts...

In this case I have disassembled
the outer carriage after doing a lot of checkings.

I found two spring contacts ( attached files) with a metal platen which transfer the current to wipers at wobble plate.

Their function is magnetice the play/off levers for a correct reset.

Those contacts were rusty, so I measured with multimeter and no power flow came through them.

THATS WHY THE CARROUSEL DONT STOP AT ANY SELECTION MADE.

The treatment for those rusty metals is;

EMORY PAPER AND RUSTY REMOVER LIQUID for example a product called OXINO.

Regards.

Carlos.

Hi everyone; With the step I have explained avobe probably would be enough for only sort out this specific problem.

but In the case of my JB, has more troubles that I have to solve.

Does anyone Knows where to find a WIRING DIAGRAM FOR CAPRI 100? I mean a detail wiring diagram, no generic.

The thing is; after solving what I explained above, what happen now its the JB reconigned the selection at the outer carriage lever,

but repeat over and over same seleccion... this is because the reset coil dont dont push the lever at home position;

---Wipers were checked

---Coils were checked.

--- Contacts lever checked and cleaning ( post avobe)

I think the central track at wobble plate ( + power for coils is not energized for some reason???)

Thas why I ask for wiring diagram because theres a busket of wires difficult to sort out.

Or some help be apreciate

Meanwhile I will carry on investigating...

Hello Carlos,
have you already checked Micro#2, AB Switch and InterlockTrip contacts (in the control box)? The big schematic including wire harness and connectors should be available here in the shop. [www.jukebox-world.de]

I have to do lot of job of restoring...

ab switch randomly make right contacts due to pins maybe are worn out, but I think that is for changing a b sides only... isn,t?

I will carry on investigating.

Hello Carlos,
you need to send the details of your model to Stamann, they will send you the correct schematics.
The AB Switch has 2 contact groups, one selects the corresponding reset coil (red/orange wires).
