Continental Speed Conversion

I have an AMI Continental 2 with the remnants of the 45/33 1/3 speed control. Trying to find all of the parts to bring it back to original has been a challenge. As an option, if I chose to convert to 45 play exclusively, how would I go about the transition starting with the turntable and the credit system? As for the credit system, how would I convert to Free Play without cutting wires, etc.? Thank you.
