Jukeboxkauf USA

Hallo Leute
Ich sehe gerade wieder eine Annonce von dem Adams aus den USA.
Ich habe dort gekauft. Leider bekomme ich noch heute Ersatzteile für etwa 350$ die mir zugesagt aber nicht geliefert wurden. Selbst nach mehrmaligen e-mails und anrufen keine Lieferung.
An sonsten professionelle abwicklung. Das zum Thema "Risiko Kauf" in den Staaten.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your parts I sent many months ago for the jukebox (shipping cost was $75 for surface mail!), but I cannot control the postal service- especially for uninsured international shipments. I did send the parts in a timely manner, but once they left my care I cannot vouch for where they went. I am not happy about losing shipping money and the nice speaker I sent you for the w500, and I know you are not happy about the missing red w800 plastic and coin slides...but please don't say that I am a bad seller when you had told me you were very happy with the juke's condition and price. There have been many other jukes sold via Oliver's service, and I have had many very happy buyers (and hope to have more)...My prices are very fair, the jukes are as described, and I am happy to take care of any problems or concerns that are within my control.

I forgot to mention that I have access to another red plastic for the 800, but it has a light burn on it. If this is of use to you, I will gladly send it.

Für die die es nicht kennen kommt folgendes.
Ein paar Leute melden sich das es alles toll geklappt hat usw.
Der Händler erzählt er hat ganz viele Boxen verschickt unnd alle zufrieden nur ich nicht.
Ich bekomme die Teile jetzt usw.
Ich werde diese dinge jetzt auch nicht über das Forum regeln.
Ich möchte nur meine Erfahrungen mitteilen was sich in Amerika in sachen Kauf so abspielt.
Der letzte Händler aus Kanada der mir solche dinge erzählt hat ist übrigens mit ca 120000 $
abgehauen die alleine von deutschen Kunden kamen.
Bei diesem Kauf handelt es sich eine Box aus ende März anfang April.
Also ruhig Kaufen aber das Risiko sollte euch bewußt sein

Handelte es sich bei dem Händler aus Kanada um Helge... ?
