Lost record position- NSM 240-I

NSM 240-I My jukebox wont sync its location properly.

I think the RK-500 sensor is bad. What is the correct high and low voltages I SHOULD read at the output of T-505 as the carriage moves across the black tape at the back of the transport mechanism?

Hello Mark,
for a guaranteed operation of IC21, the high/low levels should not exceed the datasheet values, low<1.5V high >3.5V.
