Problem with my Rockola 469

I have just recently had my Rockola 469 repaired and shortly after that it has gone wrong again.

This time the fault is as follows:-

1) Make a selection from the buttons. The armature on the selection disk moves to the correct position inside the jukebox.

2) The 2 solenoids that need to fire the pin to play the record fail to fire.

Note there are 2 solenoids one to fire pins for the A side and one for the B side.

Neither of these solenoids are firing.

If I manually push in one of the pins as if these solenoids had been working properly the rest of the play sequence works fine.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Hi, Gary!

First of all, I would check the sliding contacts at the selection disk. These contacts have to be clean and proper conductive.
