NSM prestige 160 - Carrier

The carrier of my NSM 160 Prestige doesn't stop when it reaches the end of the single.
The automatic stop isn't working/activates.

I can't figure out why this isn't working anymore.

Any ideas?

ok. so far.
The "online doctors" need some additional information.
Does the carriage runs endlessly left/right/left/right etc.,
or does the turntable runs endlessly?
If it is the turntable that runs try the cancel/reset button to stop it,
if that works check the operation of the tonearm end switch (reed contact).
