AMi K Selections - Pulse converter

Hello, i am having a problem with my AMi pulse converter. JBK-120 (1960). If it sits with no power for a few days, it misses selections when I start it up. Usually the higher numbers (11 through 20) The letter will select properly but the number will not. After selecting, you can hear the numbers side of the pulse converter jamming or missing steps on it's way up. For example if I select F17, I can hear it miss 2 steps and select F15. It sounds like it's getting stuck or something. Eventually after a while it selects properly, but it is a pain to sort through it. Could this be a simple fix? Dirty contacts etc? Probably not I imagine. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
