Repairing NSM 240-1 Juke box

Hello all my name is Phil. I am an australian electrician/fitter mechanic/technician and I have been asked to have a look at an NSM 240-1 Juke box. It appears that the carriage mechanism is not working properly I have several problems. 1 I believe that its home position is in the centre but exactly where is home ?
What marks line up ? Dont know. 2 The disc loading arm gets jammed by coming up at the wrong time, I suspect that the cam is out of position. What is the correct position for the cam? I'm also thinking the microswitch may well be intermittent or faulty or more lightly out of adjustment. Can anyone help?

as far as I know carriage parking position of all NSM boxes is outmost right side.
Correct cam position is like aiming with a rifle, "Kimme and Korn" aligned.
