Restore old Rockola microphone “kit-2130” and connect to my Rockola 484

Hy to all of you,

Someone can help me to restore my new “old” Rock-ola microphone kit-2130 and connect it to my Rock-ola 484?
[i64.tinypic.com]

Someone has the manual and the wiring diagram of this kit-2130 please?

On the manual of the 484 says that this kit is compatible
[i63.tinypic.com]

Thanks

Paolo

Hello Paolone,

What does "Error message" in previous post mean?
You do not need the information any longer?

Wenn auf Bild 1 alle Teile abgebildet sind dann fehlt dir die Platine die in den Verstärker gebaut wird .

thanks Swen,

Do You have a manual or a diagram so i can rebuild that circuit, please?

Nein , hab ich nicht aber ich bin gerade dabei Hildegard ein Bild davon zu schicken fürs Archiv .

Hello Paolo, hello Swen.

I uploaded Swens photos to the Archive.
I also found the Installation instructions with schematic and parts list for Kit 2130.
All can be found here: [www.jukebox-world.de]

Hy
I went to 4 electronic shops but they tell me that
- Diode 1N625
- Diode 1N5254
- Transistor 2N4424
are no more sold

What kind of diode and transistor can i buy please to replace them?

Thanks to all of you

Paolo

Hello P,
the requested semiconductors are not special, I am quite sure every general purpose semiconductor will do the job.
Try google for datasheets.
Regards PitinWHV.

PS.
In case of the 2N4424, you can find lots of them at Ebay, but quite expensive.

So, i can buy the diode 1N4003 or 1N4007 as well?

And for the transistor?

Have you some equivalent code please?

Thanks

Paolo

Hello P,
did you not read my last answer?
You can buy all the original semiconductors at Ebay.
So what is your problem?

Hello Paolo

The 1N5254 is not a normal diode, it is a Zener diode 27V / 500mW.

The transistors are not all the same. There are five 2N4424 (NPN type) and one 2N4249 (PNP type).

Hello Charly49,
that was not the question, Paolo knows the types already for 3 weeks from Hildegards excellent documentation.
He desperately ask for source of supply and already got the answer two times.
Perhaps he cannot understand English?
Should we try to communicate in Italian?
If so I am out.
Arrivederci, BtS.

Hello BtS

I know that Paolo did not ask for it. But I wanted to point out that the 1N5254 is a Zener diode and therefore can not be replaced by a 1N4003 or 1N4007. Similarly, Paolo asks only for a replacement for the 2N4424 (NPN type), but not for the 2N4249 (PNP type). I suspect, therefore, that he has not seen that two different transistor types are used. If he wants to rebuild the circuit, he will have to buy both types.

Hallo Charly49,

Gute morgen,

Paolo hat nicht seine Brille verlegt!

And I understand English, Deutsch and Italian,
I hope you too!

Be quite please!

I only ask if there are the equivalent of that diode and transistor because I can’t found them in some electronic shop, because they are obsolete and sure they are replace by other new item as usual happens.

I know that in internet i can found them, but i will pay them too much for a litty circuit...
So if i can buy an equivalent one in an electronic shop is better

This is all, if you know the equivalent, i thank you.

If not, it isn’t necessary to write something for nothing

Thanks to all the people that helped me

Paolo
