NSM model 160 selection problems

Hope somebody can help me.
I have a NSM model 160 with 2 problems , i will start with the first problem and that one is a major one.

When you push a selection it starts but takes no selection , it goes to the left and to the right where it parks.

The complete electronics has new capacitors , i did some measurements and most of them are Ok , even the 27 Volt line
in the LPI. When i manual hit the relais on the LPI he stops and plays.

Any advice ?

Hast du die beiden Messpunkte 300V und 135V überprüft ? Sind beide Spannungen vorhanden ?
