Rowe Ami Diplomat JAN

Hallo
Leider funktioniert bei meiner Rowe Ami nicht viel.
Sie nimmt die Platten und legt sie auch wieder sauber ab.
Leider hebt sich der Tonarm nicht an beim über die Platte schwenke. Und er wählt die falsche Platten aus. Aber immer die gleichen. Z.b. A1 ist K5
Vielleicht gibts hier nen AMI Profi.

Die erste Frage ist, ob Sie eine Anleitung für Ihren Molel N Diplomat von 1965 haben.

Wenn nein, müssen Sie einen kaufen, da es viele Anpassungen am Mechanismus / Karussell gibt, die überprüft und angepasst werden müssen.

In Bezug auf Ihr Auswahlproblem könnte dies sein, dass der Mehanismus-Timing aus sein könnte, um diesen Mechanismus auf die A1-Position zu scannen und auf der Stoppplatten-Baugruppe (dem großen Zahnrad hinter der Sucheinheit) zu überprüfen, dass das Timing-Zeichen 00 ist Am Rand des Getriebes befindet sich eine Stufe in der Montagehalterung (rechte Seite), die das Suchgerät an seinem Platz hält.

Wenn sich der 00 nicht gegenüber der Stufe in der Montageplatte befindet, müssen Sie die Sucheinheit entfernen, den Sicherungsring, der die Anschlagplatte auf der Welle hält, entfernen und in die richtige Position drehen.

Wenn das Timing korrekt ist, wird das Problem auf der Sucheinheit angezeigt, die gemäß Ihrem Handbuch angepasst werden muss.

The first thing to ask is do you have a manual for your 1965 Model N Diplomat?

If no you need to purchase one because there are many adjustments to the mechanism/carousel that have to be checked and adjusted.

With regards to your selection issue, this could be that the mechanism timing could be out, to check this scan the mechanism to the A1 position and check on the Stop Plate Assembly (the large gear behind the search unit) that the timing mark of 00 on the edge of the gear is opposite a step in the mounting bracket (right hand side) that holds the search unit in place.

If the 00 is not opposite the step in the mounting plate you will have to remove the search unit, take off the retaining circlip that holds the stop plate assembly on the shaft and revolve it to the correct position.

If the timing is correct then the issue will be on the search unit that will have to be adjusted as per your manual.

Ich habe das Problem gefunden.
Und zwar ist das Kunststoffzahnrad am Antrieb defekt.

Dieses Zahnrad ist an der Magazinantriebswelleneinheit (Teilenummer 201-1100) befestigt. Das Zahnrad ist das gleiche, aber der Treibstift kann variieren, der durch die Welle geht, also muss er die gleiche Größe haben oder Sie erhalten den gleichen Effekt wie Ihr Fehler.

Wir liefern diese und reduzieren den Arbeitsaufwand, den Sie bei der Installation des Teils, das wir geliefert haben, der Korbantriebswelle, der Magazinantriebswelle, der Ritzel- und Plattenbaugruppe und der Leitradhalterbaugruppe, benötigen.

Der erste Teil, der entfernt werden muss, um den Austausch vorzunehmen, besteht darin, die Führung und die Riemenhalterung zu entfernen, danach muss der Korb von der Welle entfernt werden. Wenn Sie das richtige Zahnrad mit der richtigen Lochgröße für den Treibstift hätten, wäre es eine einfache Aufgabe, den Treibstift einfach zu lösen und das Zahnrad von der Welle zu ziehen, das Teil zurück in den Stift zu drücken und den Mechanismus neu zu bauen. Da Sie den Korb drehen müssen, damit er wieder mit den Zahnrädern in Eingriff kommt, müssen Sie die Anschlagplatten-Baugruppe so einstellen, dass sie bei A1 korrekt ist, der Pop-Meter wird aus und muss justiert werden, auch der Annuziator.

That gear is attached to the Magazine Driveshaft Assembly (part number 201-1100) the gear is the same but the drift pin can vary that goes through the shaft, so it has to be the same size or you will get the same effect as your fault.

We supply these a lot and to cut down the amount of work that you have to do in installing the part we have supplied the basket drive shaft , the magazine drive shaft, the pinion and plate assembly and the idler bracket assembly.

The first part to remove to undertake replacement is to remove the guide & belt support assembly, after this you have to remove the basket from the shaft. If you had the correct gear with the correct hole size for the drift pin it would be an easy job to just knock out the drift pin and pull the gear from the shaft, replace the part knock back in the pin and rebuild the mechanism. Because you have to turn the basket to get it to mesh back in with the gears, you have to adjust the stop plate assembly to be correct at A1, the pop meter will be out and will need adjustment, also the annuciator.

If you send me your gear, I can match it up with the correct one, or you can buy the complete assembly.

Und, dass die Grundstellung auf die sicher der Plattenkorb drehen muss A1 ist. Also A1 wenn kein Titel ausgewählt ist?
