Wurlitzer 3400 magazin motor

Hello everybody

I have a problem with a 3400
The jukebox is working fine but there is one problem
When i make a selection the selected pin pups up
But the magazin motor does not rotate
The red fuse is oke and the plunger is working
I can rotate the magazine by hand and the jukebox is playing fine
I can hear a little buzz from the magazin motor
Is the magazin motor the problem?

You write "... the plunger is working". I assume that you mean the "Magazine Lock Solenoid". The Magazine Lock Solenoid unlocks the magazine and actuates a microswitch, called "Magazine Lock Switch". This switches on the magazine motor directly. The service switch must also be switched on so that the motor can run.

24 VAC must be measured at the motor connection. If these are present and the motor still does not work, the motor is defective.
