Rowe AMI R-84 110v 60hz US original to 110v step down 50hz

All

I have a US origin Rown AMI R-84 which is a 110v 60hz Jukebox

I'm in a 240v country so want to us a step down transformer however this will be at 50hz resulting in a slow turning turntable. Is there a larger motor pulley available to compensate or any other recommendations?

Hello Blunder,

You require the red coloured pulley for the turntable motor, it might be a good idea to fit a new drive belt as well.

Problem is I'm in Australia and postage on a whole item when I only need pulley

If you could vernier the 50hz pulley you have there, I will get some made up here. I know earlier on phone you said a size but if you get chance a vernier measurement would be awesome. Thanks

Hello Blunder you will have to let me have your name.

I will bring a vernier gauge into work this week to get the precise size of the red pulley.

On my old micrometer it is 705 thou.

It was nice to chat to you yesterday even though it was hard to hear at times.

705 thou is 17.907mm, so if your micrometer is ok that's the size!
