NSM jukebox

Hi
I have this es2 wallbox and hideaway jukebox. At times and more frequently the carriage is not stopping at the selection. I can hear it click as it passes the selection but it doesn't stop. Any ideas on what the problem might be such as the trip relay or trip solenoid. The display is counting up and down

Hello Saen,

this may happen due to several causes:
check the coil which activates the brake and the lever which is triggered by it. Maybe the lever is blocked with aged grease or something equal. The same can be the case with the plumber ( it shouldn't be greased by all means but you never know what former owners messed up with).
Also check the voltage and the contacts of the relay and of course the cabelling.
