NSM tonearm

Hello everybody

I have a problem with a NSM Hit E 120A from 1980
The jukebox works fine and the sound is super
The tonearem does move from a to b side but not from b to a side
Does somebody know what the problem is?

Hello Tim,
this is a known issue with the NSM Jukeboxes, because of badly maintenance ( or none at all)
The best way to fix that is to disassemble the carriage clean the machanical parts and lube it with proper grease as describet in the manual
