painting rock ola tempo cabinet

Can someone explain how the paint technique is of the Cabinet of the rock ola tempo 2. The surface would colour ral 1015 and the upper tier are black but how get a the effect that the bottom color comes to the black?could someone give me in information in englisch how its work so i can give the cabinet the right color
