nsm heritage cd jukebox ES 5.1

This machine whenever you turn on, has started to give an error 64, will not play any cds
When you turn on ,the cd compartment should go up and down slightly, now when you turn it on you can hear a slight sound, it gives an error 64 and the comparment moves up and down slightly, i hope i have explained well enough

Thanks for that, i have managed to get rid of the error 64 amd the jukebox starts up ok, now from time to time the cd fails to read. The quality of the cds are good, i notice that when the cd is brought down to the reader it might move slightly or not at all, if you apply a little pressure to the cd compartment it will start spinning and play but when the pressure is released it will stop sometimes followed by an error 61. any ideas
