hello, I am in france, and I have a W 2000, which has troobles shooting, does
somebody can help me?
Some selections do not work, a few one, do you have an idea of what it is?
I have a manual but I don' t know if there is an other one with trooble
shooting;
Mine is a copy with the description of the parts of 84 pages do you know if it exist
another one and where I can buy it.

I think you can buy a complete manual of a W2000 here in the store of Hildegard & Oliver.

Your description of your probem is no very exactly (like: my car is not working......who can help me......
- no key to open it?
- no gasoline inside?
Many questions and many reasons why a car is not working.......

It would be important to know which numbers or letters or combinations of numers and letters of the pushbutton panel are not working.
Often the problem is located in the pushbutton panel (not clean; bad contacts).

you are right, I have to explain you what happen exactly.
The selaction A1, A2, A3 works the selection L1, L3, L5, L6, L7,L9 do not work but L2 or L4, L6 L8 work, do you understand somthing?I don'think tha it 's the numbers or letters, but something with the combination of certain letters and figures, what do you think?

You have 200 selelctions.
It is important to know which selections are not working to recognize a system in your problem.

The question has to be:
Do not work always the same numbers with any letter?
Or do not work always the same letters with any number?

The wiring of the pushbutton panel is like a matrix.
You can imagine you the matrix like crossing lines.
All numbers are horizontal lines and all letters are upright lines.

So the horizontal line (for example "A") cross all the upright "number" lines.
If you press "A" and "3", you have exactly one crossing where these two lines meet eachother.

If you have for example a problem with the number "3" line, it would happen, that all selections with "3" (A3, B3, C3, D3......) are not working.
The same would happen, if you have a problem with a "letter", for example "C".
That would cause that all "C"-Selections would not work.

If your problem shows no system, it could be possible, that some of the small selections solenoids (there are 200 inside the selector drum) are damaged.
If your pushbutton panel woud have contact problems there would be a system in your problem (see above). If numer "3" on the pushbutton panel would not work, all selections with "3" would not work, all, in every letter selection.

Hope I could explain a little bit the working system if a selection is made on a W2000.

but L2 L4 etc work and A1/A2/A3/ work
N5 do not work also what do you think is it possible that it' s a relay?
