NSM City (1979) Jukebox random/demo play function disable.

Newbie here. I joined this site especially to ask this question.

I have an NSM City Jukebox which has worked consistently for the thirty years I have owned it with just one maintenance and service call early on.

When the jukebox is turned on and not being used it will randomly play (without credit) one of the top ten most played records. I realise that this function is there for when it is used in bars and clubs. So that if nobody puts a credit in it will randomly play something from the top 10 just to announce its presence in the hope that someone will then put in a credit and choose a record to play. Sort of like a demo mode.

My question is: Is there a way to disable this function easily?

Ich habe eine NSM City Jukebox, die in den dreißig Jahren, in denen ich sie besitze, mit nur einem frühen Wartungs- und Serviceanruf konstant funktioniert hat.

Wenn die Jukebox eingeschaltet ist und nicht verwendet wird, spielt sie nach dem Zufallsprinzip (ohne Kredit) eine der zehn meistgespielten Platten ab. Mir ist klar, dass diese Funktion für den Einsatz in Bars und Clubs da ist. Wenn also niemand einen Kredit einzahlt, spielt es zufällig etwas aus den Top 10, nur um seine Anwesenheit anzukündigen, in der Hoffnung, dass dann jemand einen Kredit einzahlt und eine Platte zum Spielen auswählt. Eine Art Demo-Modus.

Meine Frage ist: Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, diese Funktion einfach zu deaktivieren?
