NSM esllA consulette wallbox

Has anyone come across common faults with this wallbox. The power supply board in the wallbox is not turning on. I have 25volts ac going into wallbox but not getting any voltages at the transformer. The fuse in the wallbox are all good. There are 4 fuses on the power supply. Once this isn't working the keyboard or credit unit won't work. Hideaway is fine with control board working. Just a general question if anyone had seen this before

Just for anyone that comes across this problem, the solder joint on the live input to the power supply board was dry so not making full connection. All good now
