NSM Old Fashioned Wizard ES V problem.

I have recently replaced the IC5 Ram Battery to a relatives "Wizard" before replacing the battery the carousel and the display lit up even when the depleted IC5 was in situ on the control board, now the carousel doesn't work there no digits lighting up on the display etc, I am thinking that a fuse may have blown which controls these areas but where are these fuses - apologies for my question being in English , the juke powers up ok the lights come on ok, the red light on the power amp section is lit , but the two lights on the control board ( bottom right hand corner ) are both not on?
