Rockola 477

This jukebox when it is switched on it starts to select and play every record almost as if it is going through a test mode. The voltages on the power supply are lit up and all fuses are fine. I know if the 9,6 volts is off tolerance it will lead to unusual thing happening with the machine, i didn't have a meter with me so was unable to check, just wondering if anyone has come across this before. Also if a record is playing and i move the scan/operate lever to scan the record will be rejected
