Jukebox NSM Hit 120B problem

Hi all,

I have bought some time ago Jukebox NSM Hit 120 B (Serial no 61526679, year 1974-1978) and I need some technical help and advices to repair it.

Problem is that the arm which will raise the record up has stacked in upper position and won't go back to original position to be able to play the record.

I appreciate if I can get some help and advices from you.

is it possible that the carriage is in Play modus?
That means does the motor run?

yes the motor runs like playing record.
Any hints what to do?

Hello Kimmo,
ok., in this case push the tone arm to the end of record position, this shall stop the play modus, tilts the record lifting arm down and moves the carriage to the park position.
