NSM City ll

I recently got a nonworking City ll jukebox. The carriage will go from rest to the end of the rack and will not reverse. I also will not play the record. It will only pick up some records, but will not play any. When the carriage gets to the left side of the rack it will sit and click. Any help would be appreciated. I have some experience with Seeburg, none with NSM. Thank you, David

this sounds like a variety of small failures in the box.... When Carriage moves, doies ist show the position in the display ( counting down to 110) ?
When the carriage doesn't reverse the direction you will have to clean up the mechanic as there may be a lot of resiniified oil in the carriage... lokk also for broken plastics in the mechanic of the carriage.
Do you have a service manual ?
