Shipping Jukebox

Hallo,

This week, I will pick up an NSM Hit E120.
due to the fact that my car is 105cm height and the jukebox is 111cm height,
I cannot transport it vertical.
Are there some points of interest I have to care about?
because I have to transport the Jukebox Horizontal instead of vertical.

Hello Bart

There is no problem in transporting the box horizontally. You have to remove the records and all loose parts lying around. Then you must tighten the four large bolts to secure the chassis. Also, the carriage must be tightened. There is right side of the record magazine a metal bracket with three holes. Somewhere in the box should also be a big red screw (I think M8) lying. This screw is used to screw the carriage on the metal bracket in the rightmost position. The tonearm should be taped to one of the needle brushes.

If you do it so, nothing can happen during transportation. When loading, make sure that the power cord is not damaged. After transport, the four bolts will be loosened again. The screw and the tape must be removed.
