Title cards for Rock-ola Fireball jukebox

I just found this site and hope someone out there can help me. I recently purchased my first jukebox -- a Rock-ola Fireball, the CD version that was manufactured 1999-2002. The guy I purchased it from said most people use either the front or back covers from the CD box as title cards. The problem with that is the space for title cards on my jukebox can accommodate either the back (which has the titles) or the front (which has the graphics), but not both. I've noticed in photos of this model that title cards showing both the titles and graphics are available...somewhere. I assume they can either be ordered for specific titles or software purchased to print them yourself. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
